We are Hiring for an IT - PC  Technician for our Manufacturing Plant (Some Office) – Monroe, NC

 The IT-PC Technician is responsible for monitoring and upgrading the computer systems. Their day to day responsibilities will include installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults, and solving technical and applications issues. The majority of the work will be performed in the manufacturing environment, supporting our production floor.

Job Responsibilities:

• Installing software or hardware.
• Maintaining and repairing equipment.
• Troubleshooting/Build different computers.
• Determining and installing appropriate security measures
• Configuring computer
• Providing technical support on-site or via phone or email (Scanners, Printers, PCs, etc.)
• Cable maintenance
• Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.

Must be able to work in an environment with exposure to Heat, Dust, allergens, and loud noise. (Manufacturing Plant)

• Knowledgeable on software and operating systems
• Excellent listening and diagnosing skills combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to identify problems and provide solutions.

• Attention to detail and organization.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent-Technical school/Certifications Preferred Must have at least 1- 2 years’ experience in IT. Experience in manufacturing preferred.
